In order to drive for Black & White (Quick Service) Taxis Ltd, you need to obtain a Driver Authorisation which is issued by Queensland Transport & Main Roads. To apply you will need: a current drivers licence, held continuously for at least the last three (3) years and also the last twelve (12) months an Australian license at least 20 years of age The nationally accredited TLI Cert II in Driving Operations/Taxicab (Partial Completion) Course is conducted in house by Black & White (Quick Service) Taxis Ltd who is an RTO, Provider # 32227 and includes the following units: • TLIL2060A - Complete induction to the transport industry • TLIC2009A - Drive taxicab • TLIB2090A - Use communication systems in a taxi cab • TLIF2072A - Comply with safety and security procedures • TLIH3004A - Identify major roads, services and attractions • TLII2019A - Provide taxicab customer service • TLIP2037A - Carry out financial transactions and maintain records • TLIC2040A - Provide wheelchair accessible taxi services for passengers with disabilities For more information, phone our information number 4048 8315 during normal business hours or email us at: info@blackandwhitetaxis.com.au
